The Emergency Utility Assistance program provides emergency assistance to avoid disconnections that will cause further financial burden. Assistance in prevention of water, gas and electric shut off is provided and helps avoid hazardous situations in homes that have small children, senior citizens, or individuals with potentially life-threatening illness.
